Hello friends,thanks for ur great response. You all know i am not a professional blogger still you like to read it i m trying to be better day by day i know it will take time but i am trying as you know friends now navratri is very nearby so y not i share some less known fast recipes to you as on every youtube channel and on net there are so many fast recipes which is very regular we all know them well like sabudana khichdi,aalu tikki,rajgira kachori and many more but still there r some recipes those are unknown to all of us. But easy to make.
First of all i m always thinking y only some food items are there which we can eat on fast only we use sendha namak instead of our regular salt people says we can eat root vegis like potato and suran but why not muli or radish.we can eat carrot but why not tomato because its proved that tomato is from fruits family then.
We can drink milk have curd then why not paneer or cheez they r milk product as well. One of my friends cousin eat clove only for all 9 days of navratri he kept that clove all day in his mouth as its a part of his kind of vrat in case y not other garam masalas like black pepper or cinnamon.
Friends if we think and talk about it there are hundreds of things came out of no where. Still we all follow things which we belive in from years and years so lets not talk about that any more and lets talk about some recipes which my grandma told us .
1. Raw banana ghevar------ ingredients : 6 raw rajeli bananas, sugar 2 cup,watar to 2cup to make syrup.some grated dry fruits.and ghee, and elaichi for flavor. Again i mention Elaichi can be eat on fast, how? I dnt know lets that secret be with grandma.
Method : peel all bananas and grate them nicely on small grater make small balls of them. Now take banana leaf or plastic sheet grees with ghee.take one ball and make a small puri of it by hands dnt use belana for this hands will work great. Now take the small puris and fry in ghee.while on one side make sugar syrup just like we made for jelabi of gulab jamuns useing ingredients above that is sugar same quantity of water and add elaichi for flavor. Make all ghevars as i say one by one and put them in the sugar syrup while its still hot once they soked well in syrup take them out and sprinkle some of our grated dry fruits on them. Your raw banana ghevar is ready.
It can be keep for 3,4 days too in air tight jar. Make sugar syrup a bit thik u can achive this by practice if mixture of raw banana is breaking in between just dust those puris in rajgira aata.
Now onward for next few days i will share one or more recipes daily on my blog so friends dnt forgot to read and try it and plz give me feedback i am waiting egarly .

Hello friends, today i am going to tell u more about one must have item in our food and if possible every day that is chutneys. in indian food chutney plays a very important role. Its very helpfull for our appetite and digestive system it not only make feel us hungry but help us to digest our food well.
there are so many wet and dry chutneys which is so easy and can be made instantly.
1. Never add salt to chutney if u want to keep it in refrigerator for more then a day.
2. Dnt add onion too if u want to store it for more days.
3. Dnt add to much water or it will get discoloured
4. If u use mint dnt keep it for days it will turn black and original taste will be gone.
5. Always keep chutneys in airtight jars only and if possible use only steel or chinaware.

Hello friends, today i m going to tell u 3of my childhood recipes which r quick and healthy.
1) cucumber pancake or you can call it dosa too.
Take 1 cucumber grated add some suji and salt to taste, u can add green chilli and dhaniya too thinly choped and mix it all take a nonstic pan brush it with little oil and pour a batter on it make small pancakes cover and cook until golden brown.its a healthy and easy option for ur kids instant hunger.u can use same methid with pumpkin and beetroot or lauki too just add grated coconut as u wish fir more healthy option u can use oatmeal instead of rava or suji give it a try friends.
2) pototo chutney
Take 1 boiled potato peed and grate,2green chiiles, rosted jeera and lemon juice and salt as per your taste first take mixi jar small one then add two chillies, jeera and salt and lemon juice grind it well now add potato and grind again ur potato chutney ready eat it with any kind of paratha or dosa or rice or eat it as it is u will love it.
3) And baingan bharta,khandeshi vangyache bharit
1big black baingan, one onian, green chilli,dhaniya and salt for tempering or tadka small
amount of oil, jeera cumin seeds, hing and corse mungfalli powder first roast baingan on open flame let it cool down then peel it and keep aside while roasting baingan cut onion and green chiili and dhaniya too now cut or smash rosted baingan. In nonstick pan put some oil,heat it add jeera, hing, cut onion, chilli saute it as it changes colour add some turmeric powder and red chiili powder optional saute well now add banigan and saute now add cut dhaniya and salt and mungfalli saute well and its ready.
Friends these are my most memorable recipes. I still have their taste on my mouth wenever i remember them. When my grandmaa and my aunties are in hurry to make morning breakfast for every one plus their tiffin too and there is nothing left in sabji to make only one or two potatos or cucumber left she used to make this instant breakfast for us. - Hi Friends, myself veena joshi and this is my blog about food around the world but as i am from india, Maharashtra lets talk about Maharashtrian food first some days ago one my friends and i was talking about food and we fight u
know about which topic Maharashtrian food people think that in india only punjabi food or southindian food are good.
- He told that he dnt like marathi food only like punjabi food. and also there are no any maharastrian hotels in othere parts of india like every where we saw so many punjabi restorant and southindian Cafes but why not any Maharashtrian hotal near by and as if in mumbai or pune and only in Maharashtra they only serve same misal pav or vada pav which is not good enough as per quality and quantity how many times you can have same food every day.
- I told him you are totaly wrong and there r so many different variety of food available here in maharastra only people still dnt know about it. Even on international tv channels they show specifically vada pav in so many programs so friends from now onwords we meet every day on my blog and we will talk about more and more food here if i did or say or write any thing wrong please let me know in your valuable comments lets meet tomarow have a nice day.
